We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Children's Healthcare Specialist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role:

As a Lead Children's Healthcare Specialist, you will provide expert nursing care and guidance to ensure these vulnerable young people receive the best possible healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver review health assessments for children and develop effective healthcare plans.
  • Work collaboratively with health, social care, education, and voluntary sector professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Implement Government guidance on promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being of looked-after children.
  • Act as an advocate, leader, and voice for looked-after children.
Requirements:
  • Nursing or midwifery qualifications and registration with the NMC.
  • SCPHN HV/SN qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience.
  • Experience working with children.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £33,291 - £43,041 per annum, plus a High-Cost Area Supplement of up to £5,735. A comprehensive benefits package, including generous annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
