Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients' accounts, including accounting integration, income and expenditure reconciliation, and preparation of accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multiple client bank accounts using cloud-based software.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including year-end reports and management accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accountancy support role.
- Knowledge of tax, VAT, and year-end processes.
- Completion of, or progress toward, an AAT Level 4 qualification.
