About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for our products with customers, providing recommendations and advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support with processing deliveries and restocking shelves, ensuring products are available for customers to purchase.

About You:

We are looking for a flexible and supportive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a working with numbers assessment and a retail scenarios assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
