We're seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to support and lead our retail team, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members to meet performance goals.
- Drive store sales and profit plan, identifying opportunities to maximize performance and exceed sales targets.
- Implement timely promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives to maximize commercial opportunities in-store.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for chocolate, our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a seasonally busy and bespoke selling environment, ideally within a luxury brand or retailer.
- Demonstrable experience in high-service guest interaction.
