Dalkia UK is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and execute maintenance instructions electronically, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the provided guidelines.
  • Ensure the availability of maintenance consumables and arrange for replenishment to maintain agreed stock levels.
  • Perform diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct visual inspections of installed equipment and submit written reports on any potential reliability risks.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure outstanding issues are addressed and service delivery meets quality standards.
  • Perform general maintenance and housekeeping tasks to maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Participate in Health and Safety protocols and report any safety concerns or risks.
  • Report on sub-contracted work performance, if applicable.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and maintain open communication with clients.
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
  • Complete Dalkia maintenance tasks generated by the Helpdesk.
  • Address breakdowns as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as an M&E Engineer.
  • Relevant AC qualifications and experience.
  • Electrical maintenance experience.
  • City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360).
  • AM2 Completed or Equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 2391 and/or 2394 – Inspection and Testing.
  • 18th Edition.
