The Priory Hotel, a luxurious boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant, is seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, assisting in the preparation of vegetables, meats, and fish, and participating in the cooking and preparation of key components for high-quality dishes.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Commis Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of ingredients to uphold our high culinary standards.
  • Participating in the cooking and preparation of key components for high-quality dishes.
  • Collaborating with fellow chefs to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
  • Assisting with deliveries and restocking to maintain a well-supplied kitchen.
  • Upholding our commitment to cleanliness by ensuring the kitchen is impeccably cleaned at the end of each service.
