Move / Relocation Consultant

Red Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Move / Relocation Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our relocation services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the relocation process for our clients, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the relocation process, including Household Goods (HHG) and Destination Services Programmes (DSP).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their move, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Develop and execute detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each move.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding customs regulations, visa requirements, and local resources.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve our relocation services and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in move coordination and/or relocation management.
  • Strong knowledge of HHG and DSP.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
