  • Organize 2-day cultural site visits on the GWR network, providing participants with hands-on experience using the rail network.
  • Coordinate a 'meet the expert' employment workshop, promoting the rail industry as a positive career choice.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a qualification or equivalent experience in teaching ESOL or literacy, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals facing barriers to integration. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records, and complete funders' paperwork in accordance with GDPR.
