About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Bispham Gardens in Blackpool.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide companionship and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help residents with mobility and daily tasks, such as cleaning and vacuuming.
  • Oversee medication and provide medical support as needed.
  • Prepare and cook meals, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met.

About Us


Glenholme Healthcare Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home with a new 24-room expansion that opened in early 2021. We provide specialist care for mature and older people with care needs, including nursing, dementia, and end-of-life care. Our team is skilled in meeting the unique needs of each resident, and we pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and supportive environment.
