We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day management of all facilities management services of the school estate. This includes overseeing health & safety, security, contracts, projects, and general upkeep & maintenance of the school and grounds.
As an Estates Manager, you will be key in delivering an exceptionally well-maintained estate. You will work closely with the school community to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The role offers great benefits, including free lunch (term time only), free parking, annual leave entitlement of 25 days + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas, and a generous pension of 10% employer and 5% employee totalling to 15%.
