Salary: £40k - £50k

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help manage our on-going and upcoming projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing project budgets and finances
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Providing expert advice on construction estimating software

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or membership of a relevant professional body
  • Clear understanding of contractual obligations, breaches, and remedies
  • Experience in Construction estimating software
  • Competent knowledge of a range of procurement options available in the industry
