About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Integral. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, maintaining document control systems, and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control: You will ensure that all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with internal and external standards.
  • Software Configuration: You will configure Field View software to meet project requirements, including templates, workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Training and Support: You will develop training materials, guides, and tutorials, and provide support to project teams on document control processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Field View and document management systems.
  • Experience in Document Management/Records Management/Information Management role in Construction/Engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control.
  • Formal qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
