Mytime Coordinator

Role Overview

At Local Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Co-ordinator to lead the development of the Mytime carer breaks scheme that supports unpaid carers in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the existing Mytime programme, establishing an innovative portfolio of break opportunities for carers.

2. Ensure information is provided for the website to showcase Mytime details and match break opportunities to eligible carers.

3. Collaborate with the Head of Communities/Senior Co-ordinator to support programme development, communication, and practical assistance.

4. Link with the wider Mytime team to ensure quality parity of service.

5. Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses offering Mytime opportunities and contribute to the growth of the programme.

6. Develop and maintain materials and systems to deliver Mytime effectively.

7. Organise local events to promote Mytime and raise brand awareness.

8. Produce and administer Mytime recognition certificates and promotional materials.

9. Promote Mytime through relevant media, social media, and industry communications.

10. Establish connections with partners in the hospitality and tourism sectors to expand Mytime break opportunities.

11. Implement a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness in Coventry.

12. Coordinate breaks for carers and engage with contributors.

13. Collect feedback from carers after breaks and share it with relevant contributors.

14. Set up a monitoring framework to measure Mytime's impact on carers and their families, as well as the benefits to contributors.

Salary: £22,011
