Accounts Associate

Northampton Business Directory is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts related roles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for match, coding and processing purchase invoices, ensuring relevant sign off, liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries and agree purchase ledger invoices with statements. They will also review, control and reconcile aged creditors report, accurately raising PO using the internal system.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, which reflects the level of experience required for this role. We are looking for someone who can commit to a 6 month period and be available to work from our local office on a daily basis. Please note that due to the rural location, you should drive and have your own transport or live locally.
