M3USA is looking for a Head of Incentives and Member Experience to lead the development and implementation of global incentive programs tailored to healthcare professionals and patients participating in our market research panels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of incentive and loyalty program best practices and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with overall company goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive incentive programs, overseeing the execution of incentive programs on a global scale, monitoring program performance metrics, and defining incentive & loyalty program strategies that effectively drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in designing and managing incentive and loyalty programs, preferably in the healthcare or market research industry.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, 25 days annual leave, participation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performance, group life cover 4x salary, pension 4%/4% employee/employer contributions, vitality health, staff discount scheme, and discounted gym membership.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, along with advanced degree preferred. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with compliance requirements related to incentive programs, and demonstrated experience in driving member retention strategies and increasing program engagement are also essential.
