About IronMarket Talent, our family-owned manufacturing business based in Stoke-on-Trent has been producing high-quality products for over a century.

We're experiencing significant growth and need a talented Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll ensure the smooth operation of production machinery while maintaining our high standards of productivity, efficiency, and safety.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimize downtime.
  • Enhancing equipment performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

This days-only role offers an early finish on Fridays and minimal weekend work. While overtime is optional, there may be occasional requirements to cover urgent tasks during busy periods.

You'll benefit from a competitive salary of up to £41,000 + overtime, paid Christmas shutdown, training and career development opportunities, and more.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, ideally in food manufacturing or a similar environment. You'll have strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical systems, and excellent problem-solving skills.
