Priory Group - Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their everyday goals, including personal care, supporting in-house activities, and inspiring them to achieve more. You will work closely with our experienced and friendly team of colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Manage challenging behaviors and provide emotional support
