Job Title: Real Estate Consultant - Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Consultant - Senior Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services to existing and new clients from our London office.
  • Understand clients' needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges.
  • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer to help clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations.
  • Manage all commissions to ensure clients' expectations and Turner & Townsend's business management system are effectively discharged.
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed to ensure consistency, quality, and profitability of shared projects.

Requirements:

  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired, with a proven ability to meet clients' needs.
  • Experience as a Principal Designer is an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • GradIOSH or equivalent.
  • Membership of the APS.
