Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our busy property department in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be able to work independently on a large caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Progress a high volume of conveyancing matters from inception to completion
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent communication
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction execution
* Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
