Human Resources Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at SRM Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations and ensuring they align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
* Lead recruitment, end-to-end recruitment and selection process
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
* Work with line managers to create, supervise, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
* First point of contact for all apprenticeships and responsible for managing apprenticeships
* Responsible for the company's pensions
* Responsible for drafting, filing, and maintaining all HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, workforce spreadsheets, policies, procedures, letters, etc.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration

**Requirements**

* Experience in the role, preferably as a HR Generalist, Manager, or Business Partner
* Knowledge of HR Best Practices and Employment Law
* Comfortable being 4 days office-based/1 day from home
