Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EL/PL Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our dynamic team at Jobbankentrepreneur.

Job Summary:

As an EL/PL Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claims from start to completion. You will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting investigations, and representing our clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Qualified or Non-Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Personal Injury Litigation - claimant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a defendant background
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
