Job OverviewThis role will support the delivery of construction work on site, coordinating and overseeing skilled tradespeople to ensure work is conducted within established safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards. Key Responsibilities- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Quality: Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of construction work.
- Schedule: Deliver projects on time, meeting deadlines and milestones.
- Cost: Manage project costs effectively, ensuring budgetary targets are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Time Served Apprentice / NVQ level 2 /C&G qualification.
- Knowledge and application of construction methodologies, procedures, and process delivery in a safe manner to quality, cost, and schedule.
- A minimum of 3 years' section or supervisory experience.
In addition, desirable qualifications include ECITB SMTDS / NVQ Level 3 or 4 ACE, Professional Member of Institution, Nuclear Construction Supervisory Role, Management of Functional and Dispersed Teams, Client and People Management Skills, and 5 years' supervisory discipline.
