We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Educational Assistant in SEN. About the Role:
As an Educational Assistant in SEN, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their academic goals. You will also assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain diverse experience and contribute to the holistic development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that our students receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Monitor and record student progress, celebrating their achievements and identifying areas for further support.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and parents. A strong understanding of SEN principles and practices is essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
