About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Specialist to join our team at KFC. As an Endpoint Security Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive endpoint security strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive endpoint security strategy.
  • Continuously evaluate, assess, and implement the best applicable deployment method for endpoint images and software.
  • Build and manage an inclusive team of subject matter experts to enable realization of the endpoint security strategy.
  • Lead and develop patch management cycles and processes across all endpoint types.
  • Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management for endpoint devices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal security policies.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on endpoint security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls and practices into the overall IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Post graduate Diploma, Masters, Level 7 degree in strategy or leadership.
  • Strong Project management with proven supplier management skills.
  • Cross functional management and implementation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing endpoint security solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune.
  • Demonstrated expertise in endpoint management technologies, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g. NIST, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of managing and mentoring a high performing team.
