Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Quality Engineering team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Quality Management System. You'll conduct internal audits, ensure ongoing compliance of products within the series production phase, and calibrate test equipment to ensure it's fit for purpose.
You'll also support the implementation of new models and quality enhancements, develop business strategies that deliver required quality levels, and steer problem management processes to achieve plant quality targets in a sustainable way.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field, and strong PC skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office. Any knowledge in Quality Management or similar would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
