Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Director to manage a range of email communications to acquire, retain, and develop new and existing audiences. This includes developing and nurturing digital relationships with audiences to support engagement and income generation.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with ESP tools and services to deliver broadcast campaigns and automated engagement journeys against targets. You will also be responsible for writing and editing highly engaging fundraising and engagement copy across online channels, with demonstrable skills in being clear and concise.

This role requires a strong working knowledge of ESP tools, HTML, and CMS systems, as well as experience using Google Analytics and Data Studio to analyse campaign performance.
