Water Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Water Safety Specialist to join our team at Park Holidays UK. As a Water Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pools and water-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the swimming pools and water-based activities to ensure the safety of guests.
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies and help guests as needed.
  • Conduct regular checks of the swimming pools and related equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Enforce rules and regulations related to water safety.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.

Requirements:

  • A current lifeguard certification from a recognised organization.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • An understanding of water safety rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
