About the Role



We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Deputy Manager to join our team at Parkgate, a unique pub with a stunning view of the Dee Estuary. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the Front-of-House Team
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
  • Maintain High Standards of Customer Service
  • Manage Stock and Control Costs
  • Utilize Company IT Systems
