We're looking for talented coders who can lend their expertise to train and refine our generative AI models. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that involve engaging with AI models as they learn to code. You don't need prior AI experience, but a passion for coding and a willingness to learn is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft and answer questions related to computer science to help train our AI models.
  • Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models, providing valuable feedback to improve their performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a selective institution. Alternatively, relevant work experience and a strong portfolio can also be considered.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English.
  • Attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines, is essential for this role.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay rates for core project work, with average hourly rates for Tier 2 coding experts in the U.S. ranging from $30 to $60 per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need. Certain projects may also offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project for more information.
