About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to provide specialist systemic psychotherapy interventions. This role requires a highly skilled and empathetic individual who can work effectively with young people and their families from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide family therapy sessions, including family therapy, separated family therapy, and multi-family group therapy.
- Conduct detailed assessments of children and families, identifying complex issues and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care packages and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Work with families to develop strategies for managing mental health issues and improving relationships.

Requirements:
- A relevant professional qualification, such as a degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Significant experience working with families and children in a therapeutic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
