About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR administration support for our Spanish-speaking colleagues across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the majority of employee lifecycle HR administration, including contract generation, new hire input, contract changes, and leavers.
  • Resolve HR queries escalated via the HR Service Desk Team, including complex employee lifecycle, time to pay, and simple Employee Relations support.
  • Work closely with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to provide guidance and support on internal policy and local employment legislation.
  • Create documentation in support of the disciplinary process.
  • Ensure colleague queries and tasks are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to innovate working practices and enhance customer service.
  • Respond positively to escalations and complaints to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Use HR data to identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Support with simple reward administration during key annual activities.
  • Support the training and upskilling of the HR Service Desk Advisors.
