About the Role

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at RUSH Hair & Beauty in Southampton. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in a vibrant and professional salon environment.

Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, and coloring. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, as well as following salon procedures and protocols to ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Qualified as a Hair Stylist
  • With a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Strong skills in cutting, styling, and coloring
  • Passion for the hair industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
