HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative and professional support to our HR team and the wider business. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our people plan by ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including policy management, HR enquiries, and recruitment support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the HR system.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Order and manage IT equipment and supplies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Administer the benefits program and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Practice is desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Experience of administrative functions within a HR function, ideally ITRIS CASCADE.
