We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Civil Maritime Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maritime engineering team, you will play a vital role in shaping our exciting projects and contributing to the success of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct teams in the design and delivery of maritime engineering projects, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Manage time and budgets effectively to meet key project milestones and programmes, working closely with teams in the UK and overseas.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards in design, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Grow and develop civil engineering capability within the practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
