- Provide therapeutic wellbeing support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
