Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Burgh Recruitment. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, including managing staff, client relationships, and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and inspire others to do the same.
  • Support the Partner in recruitment, staff development, and training.
  • Develop and implement marketing ideas to grow the business.
  • Review and improve current processes to increase efficiency.
  • Liaise with external partners and the Client Servicing Team.
  • Manage workflow, systems, and procedures.
  • Manage client accounts and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Senior administration experience in a Financial Advisory practice or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
  • Experience of managing staff and client relationships.
