Home Care Assistant

Based in Harlow, our team is passionate about delivering exceptional care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and domestic support to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a kind and empathetic nature, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also essential requirements.
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000 per annum, plus paid mileage and opportunities for career development and professional growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and apprenticeship opportunities.
