Job Description

This SEN Teaching Assistant role in Newham offers the opportunity to work with children who require additional support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or a relevant field from a top 20 UK university, as well as experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare engaging learning materials tailored to individual student requirements
  • Support the physical, social, and emotional welfare of children
  • Create an inspiring and stimulating environment that encourages learning
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong behaviour management and communication skills, confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties, and the ability to adapt teaching support based on individual student needs.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £450-£500 per week, making it a competitive offer. As a member of our team, you will also have access to an excellent CPD programme for continuous development and full training and ongoing support to help you excel in the role.

Contract Information
