Join Our Team as a Locum Consultant Paediatrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Paediatrician to join our team at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our paediatric department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a member of our paediatric team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the decision-making process
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

About the Role:

This is a maternity locum post available for one year from December 2024. We are looking for a candidate with at least a year of experience in Diabetes and Endocrinology (SPIN preferred) to cover this role. The postholder will be well supported by the team, including our Diabetes lead consultant.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services.
