Job Title: 2nd Line Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly proactive and analytical service desk engineer to join our IT department within a leading construction engineering business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and Managing Tickets: You will be responsible for logging tickets and managing them through to resolution, both hardware and software.
- Installation and Configuration: You will be required to install and configure new hardware, software, and services.
Requirements:
- Windows OS Support: You must have a solid understanding of Windows OS support, including Windows 10.
- Active Directory and Office 365 Admin: You will be required to have experience with Active Directory and Office 365 Admin.
- Microsoft Teams: You must have experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Anti-Virus Support: You will be required to have experience supporting anti-virus products.
- Networking Concepts: You must have an understanding of networking concepts, including support of VPNs.
- Service Desk Experience: You will be required to have experience working on a service desk and prioritizing ticket queues.
Benefits: This is an initial 3-month contract with a competitive daily rate of £300-£325.
