Material Handling Specialist

We are seeking two Material Handling Operators to join our team at our Lincoln-based sites in LN6 and LN5. As a Material Handling Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processing.
Key Responsibilities- Accept and process incoming goods, verifying quantities and descriptions against shipping documents.
- Inspect goods for damage and document any issues.
- Operate hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Capture relevant data in our data processing systems.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock maintenance and regular inventory checks.
- Assemble and package deliveries according to shipping instructions and company guidelines.
- Complete transports within and outside the premises using professional transportation methods.
- Previous experience with FLT and SAP systems is desired, but not required.
- Warehouse experience is essential.
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems and work collaboratively as part of a team.
