Trade Counter Assistant Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at HSS Hire Bootle. As a key member of our depot team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive customer service, acknowledging and assisting customers to meet their needs.
  • Organize and log stock held within the depot, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses and errors.
  • Prepare equipment for customer collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Pick and transfer stock for Click & Collect bays, ensuring ready availability for customers.
  • Log and organize stock within the depot, maintaining accurate records and minimizing losses and errors.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service experience, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
