About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fostering Social Worker to join our team in the South West. As a Fostering Social Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking supervision and support of foster carers, as well as completing write-ups based from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support foster carers to ensure the best outcomes for children
  • Complete write-ups based from home
  • Manage a manageable caseload
  • Work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from home
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have good experience undertaking supervision of foster carers, as well as working with Children and Families. Relevant experience in Looked After Children and Leaving Care is also beneficial. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children setting is essential.
