About the Role

  • Oversee and enhance our financial crime framework, ensuring alignment with UK regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Crime Risk Management
  • Monitor and manage financial crime risks across various business areas, refining risk policies and procedures.
  • Provide compliance sign-off for key business processes, including new product assessments.
  • Develop essential policies to counter financial crime risk.
  • Collaborate with first-line teams to bolster financial crime controls.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and prepare annual MLRO reports.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Work closely with executive teams to provide critical insights on the effectiveness of FinCrime systems / controls.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications in this senior role. As a leading player in the financial services industry, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
