As a Commercial Finance Broker at Hatched Talent, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complex world of commercial finance. Your expertise will be instrumental in securing the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert commercial property finance advice and guidance to clients, including SIPP or SSAS Property Finance.
  • Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products, including secured and unsecured business loans.
  • Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Broker.
  • Knowledge of Bridging finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Mortgages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of finance products.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Quick rapport-building capabilities and the ability to create lasting relationships.
