Rural Estates Surveyor

Forestry England is seeking a skilled Rural Estates Surveyor to join their team in one of their local offices. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a leading land manager and recreation provider in England, responsible for over 200,000ha of diverse land.
The ideal candidate will have experience in analysing complex estate management issues, negotiating contract terms, and leading rent reviews and lease renewals. A strong understanding of forestry and agricultural land management principles is essential, as well as the ability to work closely with colleagues in forestry and recreation teams.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working options, CPD support, and access to recreational sites.
