Mini Bus Driver Role

At Oliver Bonas, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Mini Bus Driver to join our Support Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees between our Support Office and Tolworth Train Station.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the mini bus safely, collecting and dropping off employees from the Support Office to Tolworth train station
  • Check the mini bus booking sheet to see who is going on the late bus
  • Ensure the minibus leaves on time to arrive at the station in time for the trains
  • Ensure all employees in the mini bus wear their seatbelts
  • In exceptional circumstances assist with other mini bus runs when required

Bonus Bus Checks & Maintenance:
  • Carry out daily vehicle inspections at the start of each shift
  • Report any vehicle condition concerns to the Logistics Team Leader
  • Keep the mini bus clean and tidy and fuelled ready for the next pick up

Communication:
  • Keep up to date with all Oliver Bonas news and updates
  • Communicate any transport problems and delays to the Logistics Team Leader so messages can be relayed to OB and the Bonas Bus email group
  • Inform the Bonas Bus users of any relevant changes to collections where applicable

Requirements:
  • Previous mini bus driving experience is essential
  • Polite and helpful
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Must have a clean UK drivers licence PCV and category D1
  • For insurance purposes you will need to be over 25 years
