Job Details:

We are currently recruiting for a number of Care Support Assistants to join our Independent Supported Living staff team. As a Care Support Assistant, you will support young people and adults to access a range of activities both within the home and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals to access activities and services in the community
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Building positive relationships with the individuals we support
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for a friendly and approachable person who is passionate about supporting autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, and have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with the individuals we support.
