Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading global consumer manufacturing company. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal plant performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including servicing, adjusting, and repairing machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough examinations of machinery and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal plant performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
