About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Host to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members in our premium spa retreats.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for our spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room
- Offer drinks and sell our spa wellbeing products to enhance the member experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa environment, both inside and outside
- Recommend and educate members on the various benefits of the spa experience, spa etiquette, and our products
- Maximize member value and satisfaction through expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service
